Project Description:
The College Green Commercial Office Park is a nine-acre parcel of land that has been subdivided and developed to deliver 12 additional sites ready for build-out. Phase I of the project entailed the development and construction of a 20,000 SF bank building. Phase II is currently under development and consists of the build-out of the 11 different office / retail buildings ranging in size from 7,500 SF to 16,000 SF. Upon completion, the site will offer a total of 103,000 SF of prospective commercial office and retail space.
