Project Description:

The High Pointe Office Building is a five-story, 130,476 SF Class A office building that was developed in Englewood, Colorado in partnership with Lankford & Associates. The five-story office building and the adjoining three-story 93,560 SF, 268-stall parking garage was built by Hensel Phelps under a design-build contract. The Phelps Development / Lankford & Associates development team still maintains ownership in the building and leases out the office space to 13 different tenants. The Class A office building has a large rectangular floorplate providing for flexible and efficient layout of offices. The floorplate is extremely versatile, accommodating office suites from 1,000 SF to more than 24,400 SF. The building has a virtually column free interior space within each module to allow for high-density office planning.
