Project Description:

Phelps Development and Hensel Phelps developed the Fairfiled Data Center for Pacific Bell on a complete turnkey basis, including project construction financing, acquisition, design in accordance with Pacific Bell's program requirements, construction, build-out, and sale upon completion.

This 200,000 SF state-of-the-art data center includes 100,000 SF of raised floor data space and 100,000 SF of central plant, circulation and support services. The building features a structural steel frame with architectural precast exterior. The facility supports customer service and accounting functions for all of Northern California and is designed with redundant mechanical and electrical systems to support 24-hour/365-day-per-year operations.
