Project Description:
The Wyndham Hotel was done under a turnkey development / design-build contract between Phelps Development and Patriot American Reality for a complete hotel ready for operation. The hotel is constructed on a 9.3-acre site in the prestigious Denver Tech Center. The hotel is seven stories tall and includes a full service restaurant, laundry room, indoor pool, dividable ballroom and plush board room/meeting room.
Phelps Development was responsible for purchasing the land, getting the project entitled, obtaining the construction financing, managing the design process and overseeing the overall construction and fit-out of the hotel assuring that the project was completed on time and in strict accordance with the project budget.

Financing was obtained via conventional financing through U.S. Bank. Phelps Development was responsible for obtaining the construction financing required for the project.
