During the "Post-Construction Phase", the Phelps Development Team will perform the following activities:
- Oversee and certify completion of the Final Punch List.
- Close out all construction contracts.
- Receive and compile all:
- Operation and Maintenance Manuals
- Warranties
- As-built drawings
- Prepare final financial summaries & reports.
